Connecticut Color is operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. All of our web presses are 6-unit presses equipped with automatic cut-off, register, and automatic inking. Our full web includes the latest in web press technology including auto ink setting from a Cip3 file, spray dampening, and an Innolutions CCC closed loop color control system. This allows the press operator to get color set extremely fast, and once approved, lock it in.
This system assures that color accuracy will be consistent, from the first saved sheet, to the last, and every sheet in between. With 2 full webs, and one half web operating at speeds up to 50,000 impressions per hour, Connecticut Color can competitively produce the largest of projects.
